AbsenteeAds is a classifieds marketplace. You may use it to post listings, browse listings, and contact sellers. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, and not to use the platform for illegal transactions.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. AbsenteeAds reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies, including listings for prohibited items, stolen goods, or items that misrepresent condition or price.
4. Transactions
AbsenteeAds is a listing platform — we do not process payments or guarantee transactions. Buyers and sellers transact directly. We strongly recommend using escrow services for high-value transactions.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not list weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods, counterfeit items, or any item prohibited under applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
AbsenteeAds is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, fraudulent listings, or losses arising from transactions. Use our platform at your own risk and take appropriate precautions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
